• At this time, Whispering Moments Book Store ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, no other international locations at this time. Nor does Whispering Moments Book Store ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders must be paid in full before invoiced. Any orders not paid in full will be cancelled. At times our inventory may become on backorder, your product will be shipped the same day we receive our inventory from publisher. In Stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours to recieve electronic book in the email you provide after purchase.   Most Items Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date that you received your order. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition), and Toys & Games can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

  Used or Out-of-Print Books:
  
  Within 30 days, used and out-of-print books can be returned to the authorized seller indicated on the packing slip. The refund will be issued once the seller confirms that the item is in the same condition that you received it, and processes the return through Whispering Moments Book Store's system.
  
  If you don't have the packing slip, you can look up your Order Status and click the Check Status button next to the item in the original e-mail from our shopping cart. You will see the seller's e-mail address, which you can use to contact the seller for return procedures. All returns will be exchanged for an equal or less than the purchased product value on the invoice slip.
  
  Items That Cannot Be Returned:
  
  We are unable to accept returns for magazines, downloadable PDFs for E-Books and PDA products, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened.
  
  Bulk orders of 20 or more copies are non-returnable.
  
  If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
  
  Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
